What Is Siren Cloud?

Siren Cloud is Siren hosted for you. Learn what it shares with the WordPress plugin, what works differently, and how to start.

Siren Cloud

Last updated: October 28, 2026

Siren Cloud is Siren run for you as a hosted app. You get the same programs, collaborators, conversions, obligations, and payouts that the WordPress plugin has, without a WordPress site to install, update, or host. Your stores send their sales to Siren Cloud, and your collaborators sign in to a portal that Siren Cloud hosts too.

If you already know Siren from the plugin, most of the docs apply as written. The ideas don’t change. A program decides how collaborators earn, a sale they helped bring in becomes a conversion, and what you owe them becomes an obligation you pay through a fulfillment. What changes is where things live and how you get in.

How Siren Cloud is organized

Your account is an organization. It starts when you sign up for a free trial or buy a plan, and you can add teammates to it as members. One person can belong to more than one organization, joining the others by invitation, and choose which one to open when they sign in. Organization Settings covers what an organization holds and the screens that run it.

Each store or site you sell from is a Property in your organization. You connect a Stripe account, a Shopify store, or a WordPress site to a Property, and Siren Cloud records its visits and sales from there. Properties explains how they work. Programs and currencies can apply to every Property or only to the ones you choose.

Collaborators have Siren accounts of their own. They sign in on the same page you do and land in their portal, where they find their referral links, earnings, and payouts. They don’t need an account on any of your stores.

Siren Cloud is sold as plans, Essentials, Plus, and Pro, billed monthly or annually, and each plan includes a monthly allowance of engine activity. The plans share their names with the plugin’s editions but are bought separately. You can try every Pro feature free for 30 days and choose a plan before the trial ends, or buy a plan straight away. Plans, Trial, and Usage covers the details.

Siren Cloud or the WordPress plugin

Siren Cloud suits you if you sell through Stripe or Shopify, run more than one store, or would rather not maintain Siren on a WordPress site. Your stores connect to one organization, so one program can reward sales from all of them.

The WordPress plugin suits you if your store already runs on WordPress and you want Siren inside its admin, including the free Lite edition. A WordPress site can also connect to Siren Cloud through the Siren Cloud Connector, so you can start on the plugin and move later.

Pages written for Siren Cloud carry a “Siren Cloud” badge under their title. Most other guides were written for the WordPress plugin and give menu paths such as “Siren > Collaborators”. Find Your Way Around Siren Cloud shows where each of those screens sits in Siren Cloud.

Where to start

Run Your First Program on Siren Cloud walks through the whole setup in order, from starting your free trial to choosing a paid plan. In short:

  1. Start a free trial, create your account, and confirm your email. You can also buy a plan straight away.
  2. Connect the store where your sales happen, through Stripe, Shopify, or a WordPress site. Then create a program and add a collaborator. The “Get started” checklist on your dashboard ticks off each one.
  3. Let people apply to join instead of adding each one yourself. Publish an application form, share its link, and approve or decline what comes in under Applications.
  4. Give collaborators coupon codes from your stores, and on Essentials or higher, set your products’ owners. Siren keeps its own record of each product and code your stores send, and you merge the ones that are the same thing in several stores.
  5. Test your setup before going live. Send a test sale from your dashboard to see which collaborator it credits and what they earn, then delete it.
  6. Add team members who help run the program.
  7. Choose a paid plan before your trial ends.
  8. Keep Find Your Way Around Siren Cloud handy while you follow guides written for the plugin.
  9. If you write code, read The Developer Screen. API keys let your own server send sales and read your data, and webhooks tell your server when something happens in Siren Cloud.
