Siren Cloud

Last updated: October 28, 2026

Everyone signs in to Siren Cloud on the same page, at app.sirenaffiliates.com/login: you, your team members, and your collaborators. Give your collaborators that address, so they can find their portal again. What opens next depends on who you are. Admins and Platform Managers, the two team roles, land on the organization’s dashboard, or on Integrations while the organization has no plan, and collaborators land in their portal.

Sign in with your email and password

Enter the email and password you chose when you signed up for a trial, set up your login, or accepted an invitation, then click “Sign in”. If you bought a plan, set up your login first from the “Set up your login” link in your receipt email, as Create Your Siren Cloud Account describes. If you haven’t confirmed your email yet, Siren Cloud asks for the confirmation code before it lets you in. Create Your Siren Cloud Account covers that step.

Sign in with Google, GitHub, or Microsoft

When your sign-in page shows buttons such as “Continue with Google”, “Continue with GitHub”, or “Continue with Microsoft”, you can use one of those accounts instead of a password. Siren Cloud matches the account to yours by its email address, and only when the provider has verified that address.

The provider account has to belong to an existing Siren account. If no Siren account uses the address, you see “No Siren account for this address”. To fix it, sign in with the email and password you use for Siren, or, if someone invited you, open the link in their invitation email. Signing in with a provider never creates an organization. A new organization starts when you sign up for a free trial or buy a plan.

Finish a provider sign-in in the same browser tab where you started it, within 15 minutes. Otherwise Siren Cloud asks you to sign in again.

Choose an organization

If you belong to more than one organization, Siren Cloud asks which one to open after you sign in, and shows your role in each. To move to another organization you help run, open the account menu at the bottom of the sidebar and pick it under “Switch organization”. Organizations where you’re a collaborator appear only when you sign in. If the switch fails, a message says why.

Reset a forgotten password

Click “Forgot password?” on the sign-in page and follow the steps to get a reset link by email. Open the link, choose a new password with the same rules as sign-up, then sign in with it. If the link no longer works, start again from “Forgot password?” to get a new one.

Staying signed in

Siren Cloud keeps you signed in and renews your session in the background. It shares your sign-in with the Siren website, where you manage what you bought. When you’re signed in on one, the other signs you in without asking again, and the “Open Siren Cloud” link in your website account opens your dashboard. Signing out of either one signs you out of both. If an Admin changes your role, the change shows up within about a minute while your tab is open. A plan change shows within the hour. Neither signs you out.

Collaborators and team members

Collaborators and team members set up their accounts from an emailed link, not from the sign-up form.

  • A team member gets an email invitation from an Admin. The link opens “Join your team on Siren”, where they either choose a password and click “Accept invitation”, or continue with a Google, GitHub, or Microsoft account that uses the invited address. Accepting means agreeing to the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. See Add Team Members.
  • A collaborator gets a signup email when you approve their application, or when you click “Send Signup Email” for them under Manage > Collaborators. The link opens “Set up your collaborator account”. Someone who already has a Siren account, under any address, can sign in there to add this organization to it. Either way, a collaborator agrees to the Privacy Policy only, as the screen says.

A collaborator’s first visit starts from that email. They open its “Set up your account” link, choose a password on “Set up your collaborator account”, and click “Create account”. Siren Cloud signs them in and opens their portal. From then on, they sign in at app.sirenaffiliates.com/login. The sign-in page can’t create a collaborator account, so someone without the email needs you to send one, or to apply through one of your application forms and be approved.

Invitation links work for 7 days. After that, an Admin clicks “Resend” on a team member’s row, or “Send Signup Email” again for a collaborator, and the new link gets another 7 days.
