Find Your Way Around Siren Cloud
How the Siren Cloud sidebar and account menu are arranged, and where each screen from the WordPress plugin's Siren menu lives in Siren Cloud.
Siren Cloud
Last updated: October 28, 2026
Siren Cloud groups its screens by what you’re doing: creating programs, managing people, tracking activity, and rewarding collaborators. Organization settings sit in the account menu instead. Many guides in these docs were written for the WordPress plugin and give paths such as “Siren > Collaborators”, so the table at the end of this page shows where each of those screens is in Siren Cloud. A WordPress store that moves to Siren Cloud keeps only “Siren”, “Go to dashboard”, and “Connection settings” in its Siren menu.
The sidebar
The sidebar has four groups. Click a group to open or close it. The group that holds the page you’re on opens by itself, and Siren Cloud remembers which groups you leave open.
| Group | Screens |
|---|---|
| Create | Programs, Program groups, Distributors, Application forms |
| Manage | Collaborators, Applications, Collaborator groups |
| Track | Conversions, Engagements, Transactions, Customers, Products, Coupon codes |
| Reward | Obligations, Fulfillments |
Some screens appear only on the plans that include them, such as Program groups and Distributors on Essentials and up, and Collaborator groups on Plus and up. Applications appear only for Admins on an active plan, and Application forms for Admins and Platform Managers. Products appear for Admins on plans with product ownership, once a connected store can provide products, or once products exist. Coupon codes and Customers appear once a connected store provides them, or once records exist, and Coupon codes also appears once codes exist. A group with nothing left to show disappears.
Collapse the sidebar to a narrow rail of icons, and each group opens its screens when you point at it, click it, or reach it with the keyboard. On a phone, the sidebar opens from the “Open menu” button.
The account menu
The button at the bottom of the sidebar, with your organization’s initial and name, opens the account menu. It shows your organization and the email you signed in with, then:
- “Switch organization”, when you belong to more than one.
- The Settings items Integrations, Properties, Currencies, Members, Notifications, Billing & Usage, Developer, and Import & Export. Members, Notifications, Billing & Usage, and the “Customer data” tab under Import & Export are for Admins. Currencies appears on plans that include custom currencies, as Pay in Store Credit and Custom Currencies explains. Organization Settings says what each screen is for, who can open it, and which ones need a plan.
- “Dark mode” or “Light mode”.
- “Sign out”.
The Developer screen lists Siren’s SDKs above tabs for API keys, Webhooks, and Logs. API keys are for Admins. Platform Managers see Webhooks and Logs.

Application forms and Applications handle people who apply to your program, and Products lists your stores’ products with their owners, and merges the same product from several stores into one. The account menu adds Properties, Members, Notifications, Billing & Usage, and Developer.
