Organization Settings
What a Siren Cloud organization holds, what each screen under Settings in the account menu is for, who can open it, which ones need a plan, and how to move between organizations.
Siren Cloud
Last updated: October 28, 2026
Your Siren Cloud account is an organization. It holds your programs, your collaborators and what they earn, the Properties you sell from, the team members who run the program with you, and the plan you pay for. Each organization has its own plan, its own members, and its own Properties. It starts when you sign up for a free trial or buy a plan, as Create Your Siren Cloud Account describes, and whoever starts it becomes its first Admin.
The settings that shape the organization sit in the account menu, the button with your organization’s initial and name at the bottom of the sidebar. Under the “Settings” label it lists the screens on this page, and you see only the ones your role can open. Admins see all of them. Platform Managers see Integrations, Properties, Currencies, Developer, and Import & Export. Collaborators never see the account menu, because they work in their own portal. Siren Cloud has no screen for changing the organization’s name.
The settings screens
Integrations
Integrations is the directory of everything Siren can connect to, grouped by category, such as payments and ecommerce. Search it, or narrow it with “Already connected”, “Connect in Siren”, and the Category, Setup, Plan, and Onboarding filters. Each card says what the integration can do, marks any of those abilities that needs a particular plan, and ends with the one next step that applies to it:
- “Connect” starts the setup for a source Siren Cloud connects itself, such as Stripe or Shopify. The setup opens on the Property that already has that source, or on your only Property. Otherwise Siren Cloud lists your Properties, and you click “Connect here” on the one you want. Only Admins see “Add property” on that list, so a Platform Manager connects to a Property that already exists.
- “Manage” takes the place of “Connect” once a Property has finished connecting that source, and opens its setup.
- “Get the connector” appears on integrations that run as WordPress plugins. They reach Siren Cloud through the Siren Cloud connector on your WordPress site, and the panel explains how to install it. Only Admins can download it. See Connect a WordPress Site.
- “Coming soon” is a disabled button on an integration Siren Cloud can’t connect yet.
- “Talk to sales” opens the integration’s own page when its setup is handled for you.
A green “Connected” badge means at least one of your Properties has finished connecting that source, with its signing secret saved. A blue “Ready to connect” badge marks a source you can connect from here that no Property has finished yet. A Property’s own Integrations card is more specific. It shows each Stripe or Shopify connection as “Waiting”, with “Waiting for its signing secret” under it, from the moment you click “Start setup” until you paste the secret, and as “Connected” after that. Connect Stripe and Connect Shopify walk through those steps.
Admins and Platform Managers can open Integrations with or without a plan. If the directory can’t load, it says “Integrations directory unavailable” and offers “Try again”.
Properties
Properties lists the stores, sites, and business locations you sell or track from, each with its own Stripe, Shopify, and WordPress connections. Everyone on the team can open it with or without a plan, and only Admins add or edit a Property. See Properties.
Currencies
Currencies holds the custom currencies, such as store credit, that your programs and distributors can pay in. Admins and Platform Managers see it on every plan and during the trial. See Pay in Store Credit and Custom Currencies.
Members
Members is where Admins invite teammates, choose each one’s role, and limit a Platform Manager to certain Properties. Only Admins see it, during a trial or on any plan. See Add Team Members.
Notifications
Notifications lists the emails Siren Cloud sends when something happens in your program, such as a reward being approved, and who gets each one. Only Admins see it, during a trial or on any plan. See Notifications and Email.
Billing & Usage
Billing & Usage decides what happens when your engine activity passes the plan’s monthly allowance, either pausing the engine or drawing on prepaid usage credits, and it’s where you add credits. Only Admins see it, and it opens with or without a plan. Until the organization has a paid plan, it says no billing subscription is connected and offers “Choose a plan”. See Plans, Trial, and Usage.
Developer
Developer holds Siren’s SDKs and the API keys, Webhooks, and Logs tabs you need to connect your own code. Admins see all three tabs, and Platform Managers see Webhooks and Logs. It needs a trial or a plan. See The Developer Screen.
Import & Export
Import & Export brings in a recipe, saves your setup as a recipe file, and, for Admins, answers a shopper’s request to export or erase their data on the “Customer data” tab. Admins and Platform Managers use the Import and Export tabs. It needs a trial or a plan. See Working with Recipes and Customer Data Requests on Siren Cloud.
Without an active plan
When a trial ends without a plan, or a plan lapses, the account menu keeps Integrations, Properties, and, for Admins, Billing & Usage. It adds “Choose a plan”, which opens the Siren Cloud pricing page. Every other screen asks you to choose a plan first. Without an active plan explains what keeps running in the meantime.
Work in more than one organization
One login can belong to several organizations, for example when an Admin of another organization adds you as a member. When you sign in, “Select Organization” lists each one with your role in it, and you choose which to open.
Once you’re inside, open the account menu to move to another organization you help run. “Switch organization” appears there when you belong to more than one, and picking a name opens that organization’s dashboard. If the other organization turns the switch down, a message says why and you stay where you are. Organizations where you’re a collaborator appear only when you sign in, and they open your portal. Sign In to Siren Cloud covers signing in.
