The Collaborator Portal

Your collaborators get a portal of their own on Siren Cloud. It’s where they see what they’ve earned, copy their referral links and coupon codes, and set up how they get paid, so they can answer most of their own questions without writing to you. Siren Cloud hosts it, so they don’t need an account on any of your stores.

A collaborator gets in through the “Set Up Your Account” link in their approval email, or in the signup email you send with “Send Signup Email” under Manage > Collaborators. The link works for 7 days and opens “Set up your collaborator account”, where they choose a password. Because the link reached their inbox, Siren Cloud treats their email address as confirmed and doesn’t ask for a code. After that, they sign in on the same page you do, as Sign In to Siren Cloud describes, and land in their portal.

The portal has these pages:

• Dashboard shows their earnings totals, such as “Payable”, “Awaiting approval”, and “Paid”, and builds a referral link for any page on your site.
• Performance lists their activity, such as visits, sales, and coupon uses, and whether each one converted.
• Earnings lists every reward with its status, and their payments.
• Coupons lists their coupon codes, each with a “Copy Code” button. It appears when your organization can credit coupon uses, or when the collaborator already holds a code.
• Profile holds their details and referral code. On plans with automatic payouts, it also holds the cards where they connect Stripe or add a PayPal email, as How Collaborators Get Paid Automatically describes.
• Email preferences lets them switch off the emails they don’t want, as Email preferences describes.

“Linked emails”, at the top of the portal, lets a collaborator add the records that organizations hold for them under another email address to the account they sign in with. A collaborator who works with more than one organization on Siren Cloud signs in once, and a “Collaborating for” menu at the top of the portal switches between them.
