This privacy notice covers the Siren Affiliates website, operated by Novatorius, LLC. Our hosted service and merchant-hosted WordPress installations have different data flows. Read Data & privacy for those distinctions and contact us for the terms applicable to your deployment.
If you bought from a store that runs its referral or affiliate program on Siren, that store decides how your information is used in its program. Where the store uses Siren Cloud, we process that information on the store's behalf. Customer records explains what Siren keeps about you and how to ask for a copy or for erasure.
Data Collection
Technical information and optional analytics
Website infrastructure may process technical request information, including IP addresses and browser details, to deliver and protect the service.
When optional analytics is enabled, website code can record pages viewed, selected links and buttons, campaign parameters, and checkout events such as product, order reference, amount, and currency.
If you start a Siren Cloud trial from this website with optional analytics enabled, Siren Cloud tells Google Analytics once, from its server, that your new account was confirmed and signed in for the first time. That report carries the Google Analytics identifier this website already uses for your browser, the campaign that brought you, and where on this website you started. It never carries your email address, your confirmation code, or your sign-in details.
Information you provide
Depending on the feature you use, we process your name and email address, messages and form information you submit, and account or order references needed to provide the requested service.
Data Usage
Technical information supports delivery, troubleshooting, and security. Optional analytics helps us understand website use. Information you provide through forms, purchases, and chat enables us to answer enquiries, administer accounts, communicate with you, and provide the requested service. The purpose and applicable legal basis depend on the activity; consent to optional tracking is separate from providing a requested service.
Product update emails
When you create a free Siren account or buy Siren on this website, we add you to our Siren product updates list and email you about new features, releases and changes to Siren. The sign-up form and the checkout tell you this before you submit. We send these emails under our legitimate interest in keeping the people who use Siren informed about it.
Every product update email has an unsubscribe link. Use it at any time, or write to us at the address below, and we'll stop sending them. Unsubscribing doesn't close your account or stop emails about your account and orders, such as receipts and password resets. We add you to any other mailing list only when you ask to join it.
Data Sharing
Authorized staff and service providers may process information needed to host, secure, support, and operate the website and requested services. Information may also be disclosed where required by law, to protect legal rights, or as part of a business transaction subject to appropriate safeguards. Beacon and AI tools
Beacon is available through supported AI tools. Your chosen AI provider handles your use of its tool under its own terms. Information included in a request to a connected Beacon tool may be received by that service. Do not include personal, confidential, or sensitive information in a recipe request. Contact us for service-specific processing details before using Beacon with such information.
Browser storage and privacy choices
If your browser is set to a United States time zone, optional analytics and referral attribution are on when you first arrive, and you can turn them off. Everywhere else they stay off until you turn them on. This website can't see where you are, so it uses your browser's time zone to decide. Either way, a notice asks for your choice on your first visit, and a choice you save always replaces the starting setting. While the United States setting applies and you haven't chosen, we set a cookie named siren_privacy_default that holds no identifier and ends when you close your browser. It tells checkout and chat which setting applies. Whenever a setting applies, a cookie named siren_analytics_consent repeats your analytics choice, as granted or denied, on sirenaffiliates.com and its subdomains, so Siren Cloud can respect it. It holds no identifier and ends when your saved choice does, or when you close your browser while the United States setting applies.
Use the notice, or the Privacy choices control in the footer, to enable or decline optional analytics and referral attribution on this website, or to change your decision. Some browser storage supports login, requested features, and remembering your privacy choices. Browser storage and server-side records have separate lifetimes; clearing a cookie does not delete all related records.
Merchant websites control their own consent settings. Some Siren integrations use no Siren browser cookie. See Data & privacy for how program data, attribution, and customer responsibilities differ.
Retention and international processing
We use different retention periods for enquiries, accounts, program information, security records, and financial obligations. Applicable periods, provider locations, and transfer terms must be assessed for the service and integrations you use. Contact us for these details or to request access, correction, or deletion. Some records may need to be retained for legal obligations or to resolve a dispute.
